These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to Short Dramas: Mini Series (the “App”) and this website. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Short Dramas is a free-to-watch Android app for vertical mini series. You can browse Recommend and Library, play episodes, favorite titles, continue watching, share drama codes, and optionally allow notifications or set the App as your Home app. The App is ad-supported. It does not offer accounts, in-app purchases, ad-free passes, cash, gift cards, or invitation rewards.

Titles, covers, and descriptions you see before the live catalog is connected may be demonstration content. The live catalog can change. We do not promise a daily update schedule.

2. Eligibility

You must be allowed to use Google Play in your country and old enough to accept these Terms. The App is not directed at children. You are responsible for your device, internet access, and compliance with local law.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, solely as offered through Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or redistribute the App except as the law allows.

4. Content

Mini series, artwork, names, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You get a personal license to watch in the App, not ownership. You may not scrape, re-upload, or commercially exploit the catalog.

Drama codes are a convenience for opening a title. Sharing a code or the Play Store link does not transfer any extra rights and does not create a rewards program.

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements, including app-open, interstitial, and native ads delivered through Google AdMob and mediated networks. Ads may interrupt navigation or playback according to the product’s rules. You agree that advertising is part of the free service. Closing or failing to fill an ad does not entitle you to compensation.

6. Optional Home screen

If you choose Get started and set Short Dramas as your Home app, the App may provide a home-screen experience. This is optional. Skip remains available during setup, and you can restore another Home app in Android settings. We do not claim exclusive control of your device.

7. Notifications

Local drama reminders and campaign messages require notification permission. You can decline or later disable them. Local reminders, when enabled, are limited in the product (including a daytime window and a daily cap). Turning off Drama alerts in Settings stops local reminders; campaign pushes may still arrive if system notifications remain allowed.

The App is provided “as is”. Playback needs a network. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, catalogs, or the App. Weak-network errors in the App are surfaced with Retry; they are not a breach of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted playback, and error-free operation. Mini series are entertainment; they are not advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or device settings (including Home app changes you confirm in the system UI). Our total liability for a claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of zero (the amount you paid us for the App, which is none) or the minimum the law requires.

12. Third-party services

Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Meta App Events, and other partners are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those services except as the law requires.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using the App after an update, you accept the new Terms to the extent permitted by law.
